Conyngham Arms is a beautifully restored 18th Century coaching inn, set in the heart of historic Slane village. A cosy atmosphere with beautiful private grounds and slane landmarks within walking distance.
Johnstown Estate (Formerly The Johnstown House Hotel) is a Georgian house in Co.Meath with a fabulous water feature in the front of the house which is a must for a photo. The back of the house has lovely gardens, trees and shrubs with a wedding pergola.
The old rooms have mahogany doors, fancy ceilings and bar. The modern glass section is even better for photos with loads of natural light, a grand piano and fabulous high glass staircase. You wouldn’t want to be afraid of heights!
Trim Castle Hotel overlooks the mystical Anglo-Norman castle on the river Boyne. Take a walk over there to have photos in the castle grounds and feel like a king and queen.
Back at the hotel, the third floor has a roof top garden which gives a birds eye view of the whole castle. The floor to ceiling windows of the reception room allows a view of the castle which is quite stunning at night.
Clonabreany House at Crossakiel, Co Meath has rolling countryside which is beautiful for photos. There are loads of pathways to walk through and arches for photos.
The courtyard is stunning and has newly restored coach houses with a little cosy pub. For larger weddings, the Grand marquee with palazzo floor makes for great indoor photos too.
Tankardstown House located near Slane in Co Meath with a fabulous lime tree avenue for great wedding car photos.
The walled gardens with magnificient gates, woodland and manor house make outdoor photos a dream. Indoors, the staircase with beautiful artwork, furniture and rooms make for cosy intimate photos.
