As Dublin gals we were excited to be asked to go and shoot a wedding at Langtons Hotel Kilkenny. I had been there before for an awe inspiring photographers conference and had at the time said, oooh, this be a super cool place to shoot at. Then, my gorgeous couple Sinead and Martin granted our fairy tale wish and booked us for their wedding at Langtons Hotel Kilkenny. We fell in love with the cute daughter Eabha Rose who hung out that morning with both her mum and dad.  The pair of them decided to do a first look that morning at Kilkenny Castle. The families and bridal party all met in the park after the first look and we got lots of our photos done even before the ceremony started.  Always a good idea if you have a late ceremony as it means more time to enjoy the drinks reception.   They all headed back then to get ready for the humanist ceremony in the set theatre at Langtons; an old cinema which looks very cool to say your “I do’s” in.  The ceremony was performed by Eithne Dempsey and she really included everyone with a ring warming ceremony. Guests enjoyed coffees, teas, champagnes and pints while Sinead and Martin got a few more family photos in the garden at Langtons Hotel.  With Martin having seven sisters and three brothers. I thought the family photos might be hard to organise  but they all were super and seem to enjoy the buzz of it. Sinead and Martin took a stroll out the front of Langtons Hotel right into the heart of Kilkenny with the daily hustle and bustle of city life around them.  Then they headed back into the little confectionery store at the front before it was time to think about having some dinner and getting the speeches and dancing underway. We were dead chuffed when Martin thanked us in his speech as we feel a great connection with all our couples and are honoured to be part of such a big day.  So we wish only the best for this fab family and what adventures come their way in married life!
