Vanessa & Rob’s Winter wedding at Tulfarris went off without a hitch! But there was plenty of rain! Well what can you expect for the end of December?
We arrived a bit early on the morning of the wedding, before Vanessa had come back from the salon so we got acquainted with her lovely mam Dolly, and the dog Levi!(which also happens to be my boyfriends name!! 🙂 There was a real Christmas-y feeling to the house as Dolly had it all decorated beautifully for the morning! After a little mishap with one of the buttons on the dress, Dolly saved the day with her trusty needle & thread and so we all headed off to Two Mile House church for the ceremony.
There we snapped a few shots of Rob & his groomsmen before Vanessa arrived. The ceremony was good fun, Fr. Paul had everyone smiling throughout!
We arrived at Tulfarris just as the heavens opened up so we quickly got inside and warmed up. When the rain eventually stopped we managed to get the happy couple out into the cold for a few minutes and even though we were all freezing I think it was well worth it!
We did manage to get a few nighttime shots too, with the colorful up lighters in the courtyard! The cake topper were two little penguins, and as their Pug couldn’t make the wedding they had a little memento of him on the top table! Vanessa & Rob looked so happy throughout the whole day and didn’t let the rain dampen their spirits! Such a fun couple!
