Denise and Jerry met over 3 years ago at a Jazz weekend and Jerry proposed at the fabulous Giants Causeway.
They chose a June wedding for their big day. We photographed Denise getting ready in the large bridal suite at Faithlegg Hotel. Her dress was stunning, she said she bought it in Scotland. The colour theme for the wedding was ruby, raspberry and gold.
We headed to a very scenic part of Ireland, called Crooke in Passage East for the ceremony. Luckily, they got a fine day and were able to drive themselves in their vintage MGB Convertible. We enjoyed taking a few shots near Dunmore East, where Denise had told me was where she had learned to swim and even had been life guard there.
As we were taking some photos, a helicopter hovered overhead to take a look at the couple! We went for some more photos by the local pub and got back in jig time for the celebrations at Faithlegg. With the fine weather, all the guests were outside the front of the hotel, sunbathing, sipping champagne and chatting. We got to do a few family shots by the golf course while Denise insisted she got a shot on the staircase.
In the main room, we saw the fabulous cake made of chocolate biscuit, buttercream and lemon drizzle topped with fresh raspberries. The honeymoon to Central America sounded amazing.
